HC Series C-Type Jaw Crusher is a new-generation primary crushing equipment supplied by our company, incorporating advanced international technology. It adopts C-type cavity structure design with high crushing efficiency, stable operation and convenient maintenance.
The equipment adopts integral cast steel frame, high-strength bearings, optimized motion trajectory, large crushing ratio and high output, widely used in coarse crushing operations in mining, building materials, highway, water conservancy and other industries.
HC series covers models from HC-80 to HC-150, with processing capacity of 30-650t/h, which can meet the coarse crushing needs of different scale production lines.
Suitable for high-hardness rocks: granite, basalt, diabase, quartzite and river pebble; medium-hardness rocks: limestone, dolomite, sandstone and shale; metal ores: iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, lead-zinc ore and other various metal ores; industrial solid waste: construction waste (concrete blocks, bricks and tiles), slag and furnace slag.

Large feed material enters the crushing chamber through the feed opening and is compressed between the fixed jaw plate and the moving jaw plate. The optimized motion of the moving jaw ensures thorough crushing and a controlled discharge size.
The heavy-duty cast steel frame, high-strength bearing system and adjustable discharge setting make the HC Series suitable for demanding mining, quarry and aggregate applications.
