Jig separator is a high-efficiency gravity separation machine widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal and other industries. It uses water as the medium and separates minerals according to density difference.
Our jig separators include JT sawtooth wave type, SKT air chamber type, JDT/LTD movable sieve type. They feature large capacity, high recovery rate, low water consumption and easy maintenance.
It is widely applied for gold, tin, tungsten, iron, manganese, titanium, barite, slag recycling and tailings treatment, with obvious economic benefits.
After slurry enters the jigging chamber, the water flow produces periodic upward and downward pulsation driven by the mechanical system. Heavy and light minerals stratify in the pulsating water by density difference: heavy minerals settle on the screen plate to form a concentrate bed, while light minerals are discharged with the water flow.
Available types include the JT sawtooth-wave jig, SKT air-chamber jig and JDT/LTD movable-screen jig, widely applied for gravity separation of gold, tin, tungsten, iron, manganese, titanium, barite ores and slag recovery.
