ZSW series vibrating feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. It features smooth vibration, reliable operation, long service life, and is suitable for feeding block and granular materials from the storage bin to receiving equipment evenly and continuously.
The equipment adopts two vibrating motors as the vibration source, with adjustable feeding speed and low noise. It is widely used in crushing and screening combined equipment in metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical, and grinding industries.
Equipped with built-in pre-screening bar structure, its capacity ranges from 150 to 1000 t/h to remove fine particles in advance, matching all sizes of crushing production lines.
The vibrating feeder uses the exciting force generated by vibration motors or exciters to make the trough vibrate periodically along an inclined direction. Material is continuously thrown up and conveyed forward uniformly in the trough, achieving quantitative and uniform feeding.
The ZSW series is equipped with grizzly bars at the front section, which pre-screen fine particles during feeding, reducing crusher load and increasing the overall line capacity.
