TK series three-axis elliptical vibrating screen is a high-efficiency screening equipment that combines the advantages of both circular and linear vibrating screens. It adopts a three-axis block eccentric exciter, producing an elliptical motion trajectory that ensures high screening efficiency and large processing capacity.
The elliptical motion prevents screen hole blockage while maintaining strong material conveying capability with a small or zero screen deck inclination. It is widely used in quarry, mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, electric power, and chemical industries for material classification, dewatering, and medium removal.
TK series covers models from 2TK1548 to 4TK2460, with processing capacity up to 1200 m³/h and screening efficiency above 90%.
The TK series adopts a three-axis block eccentric exciter: three eccentric shafts with equal mass and equal radius are forced into synchronous rotation by gears, producing a stable elliptical motion trajectory. Material is thrown up and conveyed forward on the screen deck while fine particles pass through the screen apertures for classification.
The elliptical motion combines the non-blocking advantage of circular screens with the strong conveying capability of linear screens. The screen deck can be horizontal or at a small inclination, achieving screening efficiency above 90% with large processing capacity.
