The YA and YK series circular vibrating screens are widely used in mining, aggregate, metallurgy, coal and other industries. The YA series adopts a tubular eccentric shaft exciter, with a robust structure and strong exciting force, suitable for large materials and heavy-duty screening; the YK series adopts a block eccentric exciter, with larger processing capacity and lower noise, suitable for large and medium aggregate production lines.
The screen machine uses a spring steel woven mesh or perforated screen plate with a long service life and is not easy to block. It is suitable for screening various materials in quarry, mining, coal, building materials, electric power, and chemical industries.
YA series covers models from 2YA1237 to 4YA2460 with capacity up to 600 t/h; YK series covers models from 2YK1237 to 4YK2460 with capacity up to 810 t/h.
The YA series circular vibrating screen uses a tubular eccentric shaft exciter. When the exciter rotates, it produces a circular motion trajectory that throws material up on the screen deck and moves it forward, while fine particles pass through the apertures for classification.
