LSX series spiral sand washer is a high-efficiency sand washing equipment with a 15° inclined tank design. The screw head is submerged in a sedimentation tank formed by three weirs, and driven by a motor to rotate continuously. Fresh water enters through the microporous plate at the bottom of the sedimentation tank.
The equipment has three functions: washing, dewatering, and classification. It features reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, large processing capacity, low power consumption, and high cleaning degree. The new sealing structure and fully enclosed oil bath transmission device ensure reliable operation.
LSX series covers both single and double screw configurations, with processing capacity up to 350 t/h, widely used in artificial sand manufacturing, power line poles, construction site concrete dams, sand classification and dewatering industries.
The spiral sand washer uses the rotating stirring of the spiral blades to make sand tumble and collide thoroughly in water. Clay and impurities on the sand surface are separated and discharged with the water flow from the overflow outlet, while the cleaned sand is pushed upward and discharged by the spiral blades.
With a simple structure, large capacity and high cleaning degree, it combines washing, dewatering and classification in one unit, making it the core equipment of aggregate lines and water-washed manufactured sand.
