XSD series wheel sand washer is a high-efficiency sand washing equipment supplied by our company, combining advanced technology at home and abroad. It is specially designed to work with sand making machines, featuring large processing capacity, low power consumption, and minimal sand loss.
The transmission part of the equipment is isolated from water and sand, greatly reducing the failure rate. It has three functions: washing, dewatering, and classification, and is widely used in sand and gravel plants, mining, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower, and concrete mixing stations.
XSD series covers models from XSD2610 to XSD3620, with processing capacity of 20-150 t/h, suitable for various production requirements.
The XSD wheel sand washer uses an impeller structure: the motor drives the impeller to rotate in the water tank, making sand tumble and rub under the impeller, while clay and impurities are washed off and separated by water. The cleaned sand is lifted and discharged with the impeller.
With a compact structure, water-isolated transmission, low water consumption and low fine sand loss, it is the ideal washing equipment for small and medium aggregate lines.
