Main Components

1. Feed Distributor 2. Concave Liner 3. Mantle 4. Bowl Liner 5. Main Shaft 6. Eccentric Bushing 7. Hydraulic Locking Cylinder 8. Seal Ring 9. Accumulator 10. Frame

Material is fed into the crushing chamber from the top. Driven by the hydraulic and mechanical system, the mantle swings, and material is compressed in multiple layers between the mantle and the concave to achieve laminated crushing with good product shape and low flake content.

Integrating mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technologies, it features hydraulic adjustment, hydraulic chamber clearing and intelligent control for high crushing efficiency, stable operation and high automation.

Applications

Secondary Crushing

Secondary crushing of ores and rocks

Fine Crushing

Fine crushing and sand shaping in aggregate plants

Metal Ore Crushing

Fine and ultra-fine crushing of metal ores

Hydropower & Metallurgy

Material crushing in hydropower, metallurgy and other industries
