Product Overview

Spring Cone Crusher is a classic spring cone crusher with laminated crushing principle. It crushes materials by the rotating motion of the mantle, widely used for secondary and tertiary crushing of river pebbles, granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone and other medium-high hardness materials.

Equipped with a spring release system with reliable tramp-iron protection; multi-cavity design (coarse/medium/fine) to meet different size requirements; stable spindle eccentric structure, easy maintenance and long service life, the core equipment of mining crushing production line.

Stable operation, high output, low energy consumption, excellent particle shape, widely used in mining, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, highways and other industries, ideal choice for high-efficiency fine crushing.

Main Components

1. Feed Distributor 2. Adjustment Assembly 3. Concave Liner 4. Mantle 5. Spring Assembly 6. Bowl Liner 7. Seal Ring 8. Main Shaft Bushing 9. Horizontal Bushing 10. Horizontal Shaft 11. Frame Bushing 12. Eccentric Bushing 13. Thrust Bearing Assembly

Material is fed into the crushing chamber from the top. Driven by the eccentric main shaft, the mantle swings, and material is repeatedly compressed and ground between the mantle and the concave to achieve laminated crushing, producing good product shape with low flake content.

Equipped with a spring release system for reliable tramp-iron protection, multiple cavity types covering coarse, medium and fine crushing, and a stable eccentric shaft structure for easy maintenance and long service life.

FAQ

What is the difference between SMS and PY series?

The SMS series uses laminated crushing for better product shape and higher efficiency; the PY series features a classic structure with outstanding value. Choose by process requirements and budget.

What cavity types are available?

Coarse, medium and fine cavity types are available, selectable by feed size and product requirements.

Is the tramp-iron protection reliable?

The spring release system compresses and automatically enlarges the discharge opening when uncrushable material enters, then resets after the material passes, protecting the main unit.

Which materials is the SMS cone crusher suitable for?

It suits secondary and fine crushing of hard rocks such as river pebble, granite and basalt, as well as metal ores.
