PY series spring cone crusher is a classic secondary and tertiary crushing equipment in China. It adopts a spring relief system and inertia cone crushing principle, with simple structure, stable operation and low maintenance cost, designed for small and medium-sized mines and sand yards.
The equipment is divided into three types: PYB (Standard), PYZ (Medium), PYD (Short-head), corresponding to secondary, medium-fine and fine crushing, suitable for granite, basalt, limestone, iron ore, quartz stone and other hard rocks.
The whole machine adopts cast steel frame, wear-resistant alloy liner and high-strength spring, with low failure rate and long service life, which is a cost-effective choice for mining, sand production and building materials processing.
Material enters the crushing chamber through the feed opening. Driven by the eccentric sleeve, the mantle swings around a fixed point, and material is compressed and ground between the mantle and the concave until particles meeting the size requirement are discharged from the discharge opening by gravity.
The PY series adopts a spring release system: when uncrushable material enters, the springs compress and the discharge opening enlarges, allowing the material to pass before the system resets automatically, protecting the machine.

PYB standard type suits secondary crushing, PYZ medium type suits combined secondary and fine crushing, and PYD short-head type suits fine crushing. Choose by the size requirements of each stage.
When uncrushable material such as tramp iron enters the crushing chamber, the springs compress and the discharge opening enlarges. After the material passes, the springs reset and the machine resumes normal operation, protecting the main unit.
It suits granite, basalt, river pebble, limestone and other rocks, as well as secondary and fine crushing of metal ores such as iron ore and copper ore.
